Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 September 2025 (the “Effective Date”), in respect of TDR Capital IV ‘A’ L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP017520 (the “Partnership”), ARDIAN PRIMARY VII L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest to SP Astor Acquisitions L.P. (the “Transferee”).

As a consequence of such transfer, as of the Effective Date, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
