Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective on 30 September 2025, Makena International Real Estate Master Fund B, L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred 100% of its interest in Patron Capital III Scotland L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005976, to VSP IV Sub 1, LP (the “Transferee”) and accordingly, effective on 30 September 2025, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
