Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Hawksford Trustees Jersey Limited in its capacity as trustee of Sebsib Trust has transferred its entire interest in Actis House Pool 3 L.P. a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006314 (the “Partnership”) to John Van Wyk. Hawksford Trustees Jersey Limited in its capacity as trustee of Sebsib Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. John Van Wyk has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
