This notice is addressed to the creditors and beneficiaries of the Seton Healthcare Group plc Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, which was previously called The Pension and Life Assurance Schemes for Directors and Monthly Paid Staff of the Seton Group of Companies (the “Scheme”).

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme are winding up the Scheme. The wind up of the Scheme commenced on 2nd September 2025. Any creditor, member or beneficiary of the Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Scheme is requested to contact the Trustees at the address below.

This may include employees or former employees (or their dependants) of at least the following companies:

• Seton Products Limited

• Seton Healthcare Group Plc

• Seton Scholl Healthcare Plc

You should include your full name, current address, date of birth, details of the period of employment to which the claim relates and details of any benefits that you think you are entitled to and write no later than 19th December 2025.

It is the Trustees’ intention to complete the wind-up of the Scheme having secured benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners in 2026. If you do not write to the Trustees by 19th December 2025 the Trustees will continue the process to conclude the wind-up of the Scheme and distribute its assets, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and shall not be liable to any other person.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or if you have received our letter dated 25th September 2025 you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
