STATEMENT BY GENERAL PARTNER – TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Oxford Technology Enterprise Capital Fund LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10th OCTOBER 2025, the Estate of Sir Martin Jacomb transferred its entire interest in Oxford Technology Enterprise Capital Fund LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered no. LP012670 (the “Partnership”), to Lady Evelyn Jacomb (the “New Limited Partner”) and that, with effect from 10th OCTOBER 2025, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner and the Transferring Limited Partner ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
