Pursuant to an Order of the Isle of Man High Court made on the 10th October 2025 and pursuant to section 26 of the Trustee Act 1961 of the Isle of Man any persons having a claim against the balance standing to the credit of the client account (‘the Balance’) of the above-named Wilton (IOM) Limited c/o CKM Consultants Limited, First Floor, Queen Victoria House, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LF are required to send written particulars of their claim to the company at that address or by email to wilton@ckm.im on or before 2 January 2026 after which date the Balance will be distributed having regard only to the claims of which the Joint Liquidators of the company have had notice by that date.
