Transfer of Partnership Interests

Notice is hereby given that on 1 July 2025, Espro Investment B.V. (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of their limited partnership interest in PATRIZIA Everest LP (the “Partnership”) to new limited partners of the Partnership, Esas IREP II Co-Invest Everest US Datacenters L.P. and Esas Real Estate Fund II LP (together, the “Transferees”). Consequently, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership, and the Transferees were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
