That in case file 591/2025 (Judicial Consignment) (originates from CNO 743/09 of the debtor TASA DE PROMOTORES INMOBILIARIOS S.A.) a decree was issued on 01.09.25, the literal content of the operative part of which is as follows:

«[O]PERATIVE PART

Madrid

1.- The application presented by the BANKRUPTCY ADMINISTRATION OF TASA DE PROMOTORES INMOBILIARIOS, S.A., in which it promotes a judicial consignment procedure for monetary amounts, IS ADMITTED FOR PROCESSING.

2.- Notify the affected creditors listed in the attached list to this claim as "List of ordinary credit creditors whose location has been impossible", so that within a period of TWO (2) MONTHS (counted from date to date) from the reception of the communication or from the last of the ordered publications, they may request in writing and expressly and irrevocably the delivery of the money corresponding to them, prior to the creditors sending an account number to which the payment should be made.

Given the certain eventuality of impossibility of making personal communication to the affected creditors:

Issue an edict of this operative part on the single judicial board belonging to the BOE (Official State Gazette), and in the same national and foreign newspapers where the publication of the declaration of insolvency took place, with the bankruptcy administration being required to carry out said publication within a period of five (5) days.

3.- During the processing of this file, the CONFIDENTIAL NATURE of the complete version of the Annexes is declared ; which may only be examined personally by each interested creditor, or their representation ; attributing to Annexes I and II in their 'truncated' or 'limited' version the quality of public and accessible to the appearing creditors ; without prejudice to what is agreed upon in the Resolution that ends the File...»
