Please read this notice carefully if you were or think you might have been a member or beneficiary of the Scheme.

Notice is hereby given to beneficiaries and creditors, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that Rexam C S Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Scheme commenced wind-up of the Scheme on 24 September 2025.

The Trustee is keen to trace any members and beneficiaries who were members of the Scheme or have an entitlement or an interest arising under the Scheme, or who think they may be entitled to a benefit or an interest under the Scheme, for which the Trustee does not already hold contact details. Such persons are required to write to:

The Secretary of the McCorquodale Group of Companies 1957 Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, Rexam CS Pension Trustees Limited, Weald Court, 101-103 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 9BF within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice and provide the following details in writing:

full name; current address; date of birth; national insurance number; details of period of employment to which their claim relates; name and place of employing company that the claim relates to; Scheme membership number at the time, if known.

You do not need to contact the Trustee if you have received correspondence from the Trustee regarding wind-up of the Scheme or a transfer of your Scheme entitlement to another pension scheme or arrangement.

After the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Scheme and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has been notified. The Trustee will not be liable in respect of any persons whose claims have not been notified to it.
