Notice is hereby given, for the purposes of section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that, following the termination and dissolution of Dunedin Executive Co-Invest II L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 with number SL005856 and having its principal place of business at 2nd Floor Easter Dalry House, 3 Distillery Lane, Edinburgh EH11 2BD, the winding up of the Partnership has been completed with effect from 8 October 2025.

Dunedin Founder Partners (G.P.) Limited and Dunedin (General Partner III) LLP, as general partners of the Partnership.
