Take notice that by Order dated 29th September 2025 the Company be wound up pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act 1931 with Messrs. Ian Richardson and Nicholas O’Dwyer appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators and Joint Official Receivers. Further take notice that the first meetings of creditors and contributories will be held at Third Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD on 29th October 2025 at 11am and any creditor or contributory entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy holder. Proxies and proofs of debt must be lodged with the Joint Provisional Liquidators by post at the offices of Grant Thornton Isle of Man, 3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD or by email to brian.mulvihill@im.gt.com no later than 12 noon on 28 October 2025. Forms of Proof of Debt and proxies are available via the aforementioned postal and email address.
