National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) hereby gives notice that it intends to make an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A14 Trunk Road at Kettering in North Northamptonshire.

The effect of the Order would be to impose 40 miles per hour on the entry slip road leading to the eastbound carriageway of the A14, between points 6 metres and 60 metres east of its roundabout junction with the A509, Boughton and Isham Road (Junction 9), at Kettering.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposals and a Statement of the reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during opening hours at Symmetry Park Site Offices, Buckingham Contracting Group Ltd, Kettering Road, Isham, Northampton NN14 1HF; or Kettering Library, Sheep St, Kettering, NN16 0AY; may be seen at or obtained by application to Richard Cullis at National Highways, Three Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6RW; or obtained by emailing orders-birmingham@nationalhighways.co.uk.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement of their objection and the grounds thereof to Richard Cullis at National Highways at the address or e-mail address given above. The objection must be received no later than 30 October 2025.
