A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 555-557 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG2 6HE was presented on 19 February 2025 by the COMMISSIONERS FOR HM REVENUE AND CUSTOMS of 14 Westfield Avenue, Stratford, London, E20 1HZ, claiming to be a creditor of the Company and a winding-up order was made against the Company on 14 May 2025.
Following an Application to rescind the winding up order heard on 11 September 2025, the court has ordered that the winding-up order be rescinded and the petition be dismissed.
