Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund LP has transferred its interest in the Partnership to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC. As such, Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund LP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC became a limited partner of the Partnership.
