Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 1 O of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 30 September 2025, Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Ill Co-Investments S.C.A., SICAR transferred all of its interest in Palamon European Equity II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010434 (the "Partnership"), to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC. On the same date, Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Ill FPCI also transferred all of its interest in the Partnership to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC. As a result, with effect from and including 30 September 2025, both Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Ill CoInvestments S.C.A., SICAR and Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Ill FPCI ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership, and Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC became a limited partner in the Partnership.
