TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2025, La Collective de Prévoyance – COPRÉ (the "Transferor") transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to FS Mid Market Private Equity SCS (the "Transferee").

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 30 September 2025, the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
