Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Landsbanki Private Equity II (LPE II) (the “Transferor”) ceased to be a limited partner in MVM Fund III Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011878 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 30 September 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Transferor of its entire interest in the Partnership to OMO Capital Limited acting on behalf of OMO Capital I LP.
