Notice Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 October 2025 (the “Effective Date”), LEXINGTON PRIVATE EQUITY 21, L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred their entire interests in HgCapital 8 A L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017392) (the “Partnership”) to ARES LANDMARK PRIVATE MARKETS FUND-D, LLC, ASIF EQUITY II LLC, IVY HILL EQUITY II LLC and AIS ACQUISITION FUND – PE IV LLC (together, the “Transferees”) and consequently, on the Effective Date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferees were admitted to and became limited partners in the Partnership.
