Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, La Collective de Prévoyance – Copré (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in G SQUARE CAPITAL II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017190 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 30 September 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to FS Mid-Market Private Equity SCS.
