Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Alvin Segal Family Foundation has transferred its entire interest in ASF VII Infrastructure L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL027727 (the “Partnership”) to The Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal. Alvin Segal Family Foundation has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. The Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
