Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by UK OM (LP2) (GP) Limited c/o 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3BN (the "General Partner") that on 23 September 2025 the limited partnership known as "UK Outlet Mall No 2 LP" (LP013077) was dissolved and the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of UK Outlet Mall No 2 LP.
