Notice is hereby given that certain entitlements remain unclaimed and are payable to certain former shareholders or holders of the following securities:

• The Rover Group plc (also known as BL plc), in respect of certain unclaimed shareholder entitlements.

• The General Electric Company p.l.c. (also known as GEC), in relation to:

o Certain former shareholders where a nationality declaration which was not provided; and

o certain former holders of the Capital Amortizing Loan Stock, in respect of unclaimed interest payments.

Any person who may be entitled to these funds is requested to contact the Company’s share registrar, Equiniti Limited, using the contact details below within 60 days of the date of this notice.

The Company will require applicants to evidence their entitlement to funds, and further identity checks will be undertaken.

The deadline for making a claim is 5pm (UK time) on Monday 1 December 2025 with any supporting evidence to satisfy the claim.
