Notice is hereby given that Salamander Wind Project Company LTD registered under company registration SC662940 at 2nd Floor 2 Lochrin Square, 96 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9QA has been granted by the Scottish Ministers:

• consent under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989;

• a marine license under section 20 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and section 65 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

each with conditions attached, to construct and operate a floating offshore wind farm (and associated transmission assets) approximately 35 kilometers off the coast of Peterhead with a total area of approximately 80.65 km2 (central latitude and longitude co-ordinates: 57° 36.955' N 1° 11.902' W (WGS84)).

The anticipated installed capacity of the generating station will be up to 100 MW comprising of up to 7 wind turbine generators with a maximum height of 310 m above Ordnance Datum Newlyn.

A copy of the decision notice has also been sent to Aberdeenshire Council, Aberdeen City Council and Angus Council to be made available for public inspection on the planning register.
