LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
THE BARNET (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 20**
SECTION 90A HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 6 and 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to address concerns about speeding, and to improve general road safety, the general effect of the Order would be to formalise the introduction of a maximum speed limit of 20mph on Pattison Road NW2 for its entire length.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Barnet in exercise of powers conferred by Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 proposes to introduce speed cushions as follows:

A copy of the proposed Order, associated plan of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing Highwayscorrespondence@Barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section 3rd Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.
Further information on the proposals may be obtained by telephoning the Design Team on 020 8359 3555. Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number SCR672 to the Design Team, 3rd floor, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale NW9 4EW, or via email to Highwayscorrespondence@Barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
