Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/09/2025, I, Nikita Esme Alabama Worthington, 2 Merlewood Avenue Levenshulme Manchester M19 2RS, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nikita Esme Alabama Douglas Berry and assumed the name of Nikita Esme Alabama Worthington.
