Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22/09/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Elham Fatima Kassim, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elham Fatima Al-Nasser and assumed the name of Elham Fatima Kassim.
