Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Etta Shirley Kitchen, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Etta Shirley Carter Phillips and assumed the name of Etta Shirley Kitchen.
