Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that we, Simon Campbell (IP No. 10150) and Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the creditors on 17 September 2025.

The Joint Liquidators do not propose to seek a decision from the Company’s creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, because there is already a Liquidation Committee in place.
