Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by MARK ROBERT DICKSON, craving the Court inter alia that JUNO-8 CONSULTING LIMITED, Company Number SC639259, having its Registered Office latterly at C/O Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be restored to the Register of Companies and the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by interlocutor dated 11 September 2025, ordered that a copy of the Petition and interlocutor be intimated on the Walls of Court, and a like copy to be served upon the Registrar of Companies, The Lord Advocate, and SUSAN BARR and appointed notice of the import of this Petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Press & Journal newspapers and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen, Sheriff Clerk's Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given. If they fail to do so decree may be granted.
