This notice is addressed to former and current members and beneficiaries of the Rexam Pension Plan.

Notice is hereby given to beneficiaries and creditors, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that Rexam Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Plan commenced wind-up of the Plan on 21 August 2025.

If you are in receipt of a pension from the Plan, have previously transferred out all your benefits from the Plan, or you have received any other correspondence from the Trustee or the Administrators of the Plan within the last 12 months, this notice is not applicable to you and no further action is required under this notice.

However, the Trustee is keen to trace any members and beneficiaries who are or were members of the Plan or have an entitlement or an interest arising under the Plan, or who think they may be entitled to a benefit or an interest under the Plan, for which the Trustee does not hold already contact details. Such persons are required to write to:

The Secretary of the Rexam Pension Plan, Rexam Pension Trustees Limited, Weald Court, 101-103 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 9BF within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice and provide the following details in writing:

full name; current address; date of birth; national insurance number; details of period of employment to which their claim relates; name and place of employing company that the claim relates to; Plan membership number at the time, if known.

After the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Plan and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has been notified. The Trustee will not be liable in respect of any persons whose claims have not been notified to it.
