THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 20**

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:

1. Holcolme Street – Yellow Lines Amendment & Re-Shape. Double kerb markings installations

2. Hammersmith Broadway – Taxi Rank Re-Shape, Kerb Blips Installations & Re-Shape

3. Hammersmith Grove 1 – Amend single yellow line to double yellow lines. Re-Shape various double yellow lines

4. Hammersmith Grove 2 – Extend shared use bays. Remove single yellow line and extend double yellow lines

5. Hammersmith Grove 3 – Re-Shape double yellow lines. Remove single yellow line, remove cycle hangar

6. Hammersmith Road – Extend shared use bays, remove single yellow line. Install double kerb markings

7. Iffley Road – Install School Keep Clear. Amend part single yellow line to double yellow lines

8. King Street 1 – Install non-zone times single yellow line. Amend non-zone times single yellow line to shorter double yellow lines on side road. Remove School Keep Clear bays on side road. Install double kerb markings on main road

9. King Street 2 – Amend isolated double kerb markings shape anomaly

10. Lamington Street – Extend junction double yellow line length, reducing size single yellow line

11. Macbeth Street – Re-Shape zone times single yellow line

12. Mall Road 1 – Re-Shape dead end double yellow lines. Extend junction double yellow line, reducing single yellow line

13. Mall Road 2 – Amend shared use bays to motorcycle bay

14. Overstone Road – Amend non-zone times single yellow line to double yellow lines

15. Queen Caroline Street 1 – Install double kerb blips, install double yellow lines / School Keep Clear bays. Amend shared use & double yellow lines

16. Queen Caroline Street 2 – Re-Shape access road double yellow line item across junction mouth

17. Queen Caroline Street 3 – Re-Shape double yellow line item in front of gates

18. Queen Caroline Street 4 – Reduce shared use bays both sides. Re-Shape access road double yellow line item

19. Riverside Gardens – Amend side access road entry single yellow lines into estate. Install various short double yellow lines

20. Rowan Road 1 – Replace long zone times single yellow line with double yellow lines up to junction of main road

21. Rowan Road 2 – Replace 2 × short lengths zone times single yellow line with double yellow lines

22. Rowan Road 3 – Replace zone times single yellow line with double yellow lines at north extreme only

24. Shepherd's Bush Road (side road) – Replace various zone times single yellow lines with double yellow lines, shared use bays, motorcycle bays and e-bike bays. Also re-shape 2 × main road connecting junction double yellow line items to north and south

25. Shepherd's Bush Road – Extend double yellow lines across forecourt. Reduce length double kerb markings by extending School Keep Clear bays

26. Shortlands – Re-Shape double yellow lines / double kerb markings × 3. Replace double yellow line / double kerb marking with just single yellow line. Install single yellow lines × 2

27. Studland Street 1 – Replace junction bend zone times single yellow line with double yellow lines

28. Studland Street 2 – Install short double yellow line onto blank. Replace non-zone times single yellow line with zone times. Replace non-zone times single yellow line with double yellow lines

29. Sussex Place – Remove shared use bay, install combined e-scooter / cycle hire bay. Re-Shape zone times single yellow lines at 2 × locations

30. Talgarth Road – Remove double yellow lines / double kerb markings on yellow box junction section only (both kerbs)

31. Wolverton Road – Replace double yellow lines with shared use bays. Reduce length shared use bays

32. Worlidge Street – Install School Keep Clear. Re-Shape double yellow lines × 2 on access road junctions

33. St Peter's Grove – Install Standard disabled bay outside 5

34. Chesson Road – Install Standard disabled bay outside 32

35. Burnthwaite Road – Standard disabled bay to be upgraded to a personalised HF242 outside 9

36. Delorme Street – Remove standard disabled bay outside 13

37. Eyot Gardens – Remove personalised disabled bay outside 16

38. Millshott Close – Install Personalised disabled bay HF243 outside 1

39. Fulham Court Estates – Personalised disabled bay HF236, to be relocated from bay 66 to bay 60

40. Lilac Street – Install Personalised disabled bay HF244 outside 23

41. Seagrave Road – Upgrade single yellow line to double yellow lines, outside 10

42. Clancarty Road – EV bay installed on Clancarty Road, opposite 88

43. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
