NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE PLAN OF CROSS MANUFACTURING COMPANY (1938) LIMITED
(“THE PLAN”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding up the Plan. If you have received any correspondence from the Trustees within the last 12 months (including communication regarding the winding-up of the Plan) then you do not need to take any action as the Trustees already have details of your claims and entitlements.
Any person who has not been contacted by the Trustees regarding the wind up of the Plan and believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Plan, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 14 November 2025 of their claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to XPS Administration, PO Box 562, Middlesbrough, TS1 9JA marked for the attention of James Ruck.
Any person who previously transferred their benefits from the Plan to a new pension arrangement and was a member of the Plan between 17 May 1990 and 5 April 1997, may be entitled to an additional benefit following a high court ruling involving the Lloyds Banking Group pension schemes. If you believe you may be in this position, please contact the Trustees of the Plan by 14 November 2025 to provide your details (including your full name, present address and date of birth).
The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
