ECEF (Investor) LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 18 March 2021 Steve Carle assigned and transferred his entire interest as a limited partner of ECEF (Investor) LP (a limited partnership registered in Scotland with registered number SL021777) (the "Partnership") to David Mark Kyte and Tracey Martine Kyte, as trustees of the Kyte Retirement Benefit Scheme, such that David Mark Kyte and Tracey Martine Kyte, an existing limited partner of the Partnership, and withdrew from the Partnership with effect from 18 March 2021.

The Partnership is continued by the partners thereof.
