NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Abaris Holdings Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) (including interests in the Scheme retained from when it was called the Warner & Sons Limited Pension Scheme, Warner & Sons Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, Warner Fabrics PLC Retirement Benefits Scheme, Warner Fabrics Pension Plan and from the Harris Fabrics Pension Scheme)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding up the Scheme. If you have already received a communication from the Trustees regarding this matter then you do not need to take any action as the Trustees already have details of your claims and entitlements.

Any person who has not been contacted by the Trustees regarding the wind up of the Scheme and believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 11 November 2025 of their claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance number, the period during which they worked for an employer of the Scheme and any supporting documents) to XPS Group, Phoenix House, 1 Station Hill, Reading, RG1 1NB or andrew.falcon@xpsgroup.com marked for the attention of Andrew Falcon.

After the 11 November 2025 the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
