Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that JRP SPP 2017TE, L.P.. assigned the whole of its interest in BC European Capital X - 1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016727 (the “Partnership"), to Tyrus Capital Global Alpha (A) Limited. As a consequence of such transfer, JRP SPP 2017-TE, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
