Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Lexington Private Equity 23, L.P. assigned a portion of its interest in BC European Capital IX-9 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014065 (the “Partnership"), to BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP. As a consequence of such transfer, BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions II (GenPar) LLC for the account of PMH II SPV Sunflower Holdings LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
