ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST IN A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by NTM Opportunistic Real Estate Partners II LP that on 4 September 2025:

1. Planlife Trustee Services Ltd (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Denise Duff Pension Trust) of 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 NX53 assigned its entire limited partner interest in and ceased to be a limited partner of NTM Opportunistic Real Estate Partners II LP (registered number SL022669) to Planlife Trustee Services Ltd (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Denise Duff Personal Retirement Bond (PRB) (identification number Planlife Unit Trust 1067)) of 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 NX53 who was admitted as a limited partner of NTM Opportunistic Real Estate Partners II LP.
