A General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 13 August 2025, where resolutions for winding-up of the Company and the appointment of Joint Liquidators to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the resolution and the appointment of Liquidators were published in the London Gazette on 18 August 2025.

Subsequently a procedural anomaly with the convening of the meeting has become apparent, and consequently the winding-up resolution and appointment Joint Liquidators have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in Liquidation, and the notices referred to above are hereby retracted in their entirety.
