Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12/08/2025, I, Christine Ann Harnett, 7 Moorlands Road Greetland Halifax HX4 8JA, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Christine Ann Harnett Boustead and assumed the name of Christine Ann Harnett.
