Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 07/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/08/2025, I, Denise Astrid Johanna Blanke, 12 WITHY WAY TAVERHAM NORWICH NR8 6YB, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Denise Antje Roper and assumed the name of Denise Astrid Johanna Blanke.
