Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/08/2025, I, Amy Louise Simmonds, 83 Dramsell Rise St Neots Cambs PE19 6HL, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Amy Louise Blackburn and assumed the name of Amy Louise Simmonds.
