Notice of Disclaimer
NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA
WHEREAS RANDY'S VEHICLE RECOVERY LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC581680 was dissolved on 16 January 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said RANDY'S VEHICLE RECOVERY LTD was the tenant under a lease between Lundin Homes Limited and the said RANDY'S VEHICLE RECOVERY LTD, dated 18 September 2018 and 11 January 2019 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 30 January 2019, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as and forming Unit 5, Bankhead Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, forming part and portion of the subjects registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number FFE22836 (the “Lease”); AND WHEREAS the Lease came to my notice on 28 July 2025: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
