Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that on 22 August 2025 Peter Medlock, Steven Medlock, Rebecca Kupa and Mark Goodman acting as trustees of The Hebron and Medlock Unapproved Retirement Benefits Scheme transferred 100% of its interest in IQ Capital Fund II LP (the “Limited Partnership”) to David Medlock, Peter Medlock, Steven Medlock and Rebecca Kupa acting as trustees of St Georges Pension Scheme.
