Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/08/2025, I, Renata Viktoria Lasocki Thomas, 26 Wattis Road Bearwood B67 5BB, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 2(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Renata Viktoria Salazar and assumed the name of Renata Viktoria Lasocki Thomas.
