Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by MR STEVEN DAVID FINLAY, craving the Court inter alia that SDF PROPERTY INVESTING LTD, Company Number SC706285, having its Registered Office latterly at 53 Craigengar Avenue, Uphall, Broxburn, EH52, be restored to the Register of Companies and the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by interlocutor dated 22 August 2025, ordered that a copy of the Petition and interlocutor be intimated on the Walls of Court, and a like copy to be served upon the Registrar of Companies, The Lord Advocate, and appointed notice of the import of this Petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston, Sheriff Court, Civic Centre, Livingston, EH54 6FF, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given. If they fail to do so decree may be granted.
