Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/08/2025, I, Luke Robert Lowen, 73 Barton Road Exeter EX29 9DA, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Luke Robert Bishop and assumed the name of Luke Robert Lowen.
