WHEREAS Cafferty & Son Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC731363 was dissolved on 18th June 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Cafferty & Son Ltd was the Tenant under a Lease between Dominplan Property Co. Limited and the said Cafferty & Son Ltd, dated 6th and 12th July 2022 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 20th July 2022 of ALL and WHOLE the shop forming 18 Main Street, Milngavie AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Cafferty & Son Ltd came to my notice on 26th June 2025; Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
