Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Dent Blanche Limited and Gregory Kilbourn Lockwood have transferred their entire interest in Piton Capital Venture Fund II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015884 (the “Partnership”). As a result, Dent Blanche Limited and Gregory Kilbourn Lockwood have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership. Stichting Piton ITM acting in its capacity as general partner of Piton AB C.V. and Stichting Piton ITM acting in its capacity as general partner of Piton GL C.V. have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
