1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the order is to;

a) Allow Play Street events in the roads listed in schedule 1 of this notice to take place on 21st September 2025 between 10am and 6pm;

3. Details of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until a period of 21 days from the date, on which this notice is published, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about the Order should be sent in writing to the Streetscene department at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetworks@hackney.gov.uk within a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
