Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Banque Pâris Bertrand Sturdza SA transferred its entire interest in Actis Africa Real Estate Fund 2 A LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015107 (the “Partnership”), to Rothschild & Co Bank AG acting as nominee on behalf of 5022228. As a result of the transfer, Banque Pâris Bertrand Sturdza SA ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Rothschild & Co Bank AG acting as nominee on behalf of 5022228 was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
